Big Update on Prabhas' Much-Awaited Film 'Salaar 2': Shooting Date Revealed

Fans of Pan India star Prabhas have reason to celebrate as the shooting for his highly anticipated film, 'Salaar 2,' is set to commence soon. Following the positive reception of his recent release, 'Kalki 2898 AD,' Prabhas is once again in the spotlight. The success of 'Kalki 2898 AD,' which has shattered numerous box office records with its massive earnings, has only heightened the excitement for 'Salaar 2.'
Director Prashanth Neel, who helmed the blockbuster 'Salaar Part 1' in 2023, is gearing up to start shooting for the sequel. 'Salaar' had achieved an impressive box office collection of 700 crores, paving the way for 'Salaar 2.' According to media reports, the shooting of 'Salaar 2' will begin on August 10. It is reported that 20 percent of the film, featuring scenes between Prabhas and Prithviraj, has already been completed. The majority of the remaining scenes will be shot at Ramoji Film City.
'Salaar 2' will continue the story from where the first part left off. The film boasts a stellar cast, including Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shreya Reddy, Shruti Haasan, and Meenakshi Chaudhary. Prashanth Neel, who penned and directed the first installment, returns to write and direct the sequel, with Vijay Kiragandur producing under the Hombale Films banner. In addition to the aforementioned stars, Jagapathi Babu will also play a significant role in 'Salaar 2.'
Prabhas' fans, who are currently enjoying 'Kalki 2898 AD,' have much to look forward to. Alongside 'Salaar 2,' Prabhas has an exciting lineup of upcoming films, including 'Bahubali 3,' 'Spirit,' 'Raja Saheb,' and a period drama directed by Hanu Raghavapudi.
